Terms of Use

Last updated:

Translation of the Portuguese original. In case of any discrepancy, the Portuguese version prevails.

By using O Feriado, you agree to these terms. They are short: the site is a free information service.

1. The service

O Feriado, a product of DANTAI (CNPJ 00.176.524/0001-38), shows the dates of Brazil's national holidays and federal optional days off. It is free to use and requires no sign-up.

2. Information may change

Dates are calculated from Brazilian federal law and, for movable dates, from the Easter calendar. Laws and decrees may create, change or move holidays, and states, cities and employers have their own rules that the site does not cover. Always check with the official source or your employer, especially before booking trips or counting deadlines.

3. No link to the government

O Feriado is independent. It is not an official website and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any public body. The laws cited are public and can be found on Brazil's federal legislation portal.

4. Links to other websites

The site may link to other websites and to advertisers. Those websites have their own rules, and O Feriado is not responsible for their content, prices or services.

5. Permitted use

You may use the site freely for personal reference. You may not copy the content in bulk, collect data by automated means (bots, scraping) without permission, or try to harm the site's operation or security.

6. Intellectual property

The O Feriado brand, design, texts and code belong to DANTAI.

7. Ads

The site may show third-party ads. An ad is not an endorsement of the advertiser. See the Privacy Policy to learn how ads use data.

8. Liability

The site is provided "as is". DANTAI strives to keep the information correct and the site online, but does not guarantee that it is always complete, up to date or available, and is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of it, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The date of the latest version always appears at the top of this page.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, including the Consumer Protection Code, where applicable.
